I Love Craigslist
I know I had said the other day I would tell you about my crazy good deal I got on Craigslist so I thought I'd share.
I've been looking for a infant car seat for a little while now and for the prices people were wanting for used ones I could buy a new one online so I've been putting it off. The other day I was looking online and found someone with a Britax Companion car seat and only asking $35? Say what?! I had looked at those online and they run about $170 new and on craigslist about $100+. I emailed her right away and I ended up driving up to get it after Gwen's birthday party.
Took it all apart and threw it all into the washer and hung to dry. Pretty great, if I do say so myself. :)
Sorry about the pictures making it look all weird but I still have yet to figure out my camera. With the flash everything looks funny but without I seem to get fuzzy pictures. Agh. Annoying.
When I went to buy the car seat the lady said she had seen others and thought people were asking an awful lot for them...I thought- well as long as you think so!
Do you have great luck on CL too? What's the best deal you've ever gotten?
