Dalmatian Spots

Today I'm posting on a trend that I'm seeing more and more of, and I'm loving it.
Dalmatian Spots.

I know when you first read it you automatically think 101 Dalmatians. But trust me. Hopefully I can calm your fears. I love how graphic it is and that it is black and white as opposed to a leopard or a cheetah print that's more on the ivory side. It's a great print that's classy, and it can go with everything. In fashion, great coats and tops and interiors from floor to ceiling.
Seriously. Give me that cardi- now.
Couldn't you see this top with some red skinnys? Or jeans, a great belt and a mustard jacket?

I actually had started gathering pictures for this post and hit up the Goodwill midnight madness sale. Half off. Yes. I saw this top peeking through and I grabbed it and to my utter happiness it was in my size (because you know that never happens). Yay!
So I probably paid $2.50 for this shirt.

The great thing I love about design is that there is no defined line between fashion and interiors. Take this same dalmatian print if you're feeling bold, wallpaper a breakfast room.
Or make a stunning accent wall with a GORGEOUS brass bookshelf.
And finally, add a little posh to a baby's nursery with a to-die-for rug.
With that bold striped curtain. Forget the baby, I'll move in!

Love it, hate it? Do you have the sudden need to add some dalmatian to your life?
