Kids Panda Party!

Over my little hiatus one of my little gals turned 4. Since I had been feeling crummy and actually had to cancel the first scheduled party because I was sick I wanted to keep it pretty low key.

The birthday girl decided she wanted a panda party. She is always ahead of the curve when it comes to trends, this summer can I find a single panda item? No. This fall? Everywhere.

For her outfit I bought a panda iron-on and attached the turquoise bow. I wanted to make these cute polka dot bubble shorts for her but my mom offered to, so yes. I had Mom make them. :)

I loosely went with a black and white food theme.

and we painted for an activity.

I bought kids aprons and flocked iron-on initials for favors.

My first attempt at making poms.  This is the tutorial I used. They turned out really cute.

An easy alternative to balloons.

Can't believe my girl is 4! Our Gwen brings laughter, attitude and energy to our house like no one else could do. With her soft sweet little heart of gold she's considerate, adventurous and compassionate all rolled into one girl.
