Product.Love

So I thought I might start doing a posting every now and then of products I am totally crushing on and share them with you. I'm one of those people who are sometimes leery of trying new things as to whether or not they are any good. I thought maybe others might feel the same way.

First off, I'll start with my favorite new product that is out. It is the new Febreze Set & Refresh. A no plug air freshener that really works! For smaller places any ways. But for $3 one of these babies will keep my half bath smelling fresh for months. I also just bought one for Gwen's closet because it just begins to smell stuffy with the door closed all the time. Amazing, I definitely recommend.

Next, this product isn't new but I think most of you can agree, my life could not go on without Clorox wipes. These bad boys can/will do anything. I clean up food spills on my hardwood floors, wipe down doors, clean the entire interior of the car (including leather). It will clean about anything. It is my definite go-to product.

I just recently switched to powder laundry soap and noticed that my clothes just weren't coming out with that fresh scent anymore and were kind of stiff. So I was looking for a fabric softener that I could put directly into my machine, because strangely enough my machine doesn't have a dispenser area for fabric softener. Plus I didn't want a liquid because that's the reason I started using the powdered soap. Too messy for me. Anyways, this new Purex Fabric Softener Crystals works so well. I love it, my clothes smell fresh basically forever until you wear them. Love, love. 

Now to beauty...considering my looming birthday coming up too quickly I think some of you had heard about my resolution to start taking better care of my skin. To start I decided to turn to the new Aveeno Smart Essentials line before I start having to spend the big bucks on magical face cream made with unicorn glitter or something. The one product I love the best out of all them is the night cream. My face feels so refreshed and healed after a day of having to wear makeup. After I put it on I just say "ah..." plus that means my day is almost over. :) Disclosure: the cream is somewhat pricey (to me) and the box is super deceiving.  It's a good size box, with a very small miniature tub of cream tucked away inside.

And finally, my go-to scent for the summer is Bath and Body Works "Into the Wild". Maybe I'm crazy but I like to have different scents for the summer and the winter. I like my summer scents to be light, crisp and airy and my winter one to be kind of dark and rich. The reason I really like this one is it's overpowering, it's really light and kind of a neutral scent. I don't smell like a flower garden and I don't smell like a fruit basket. Don't you hate that, "man, I sure smell like a blueberry cobbler today." lol :)
